Allergy Statement

Please be advised that Glass Nickel Pizza Co. locations carry items containing the current "major food allergens," including milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, and sesame. Fish and shellfish are also on-site, either daily or seasonally, and should be assumed to be on-premises. Fryers are used for all food items and are not allergen free.

While we take precautions to limit cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. Therefore, we do not recommend ordering if you have a food allergy, particularly if it is severe or life-threatening.

Additionally, although we offer gluten-free crusts prepared off-site, we make our standard dough in-house. Because of this, our kitchens are not a gluten-free environment. For those with gluten allergies, celiac disease, or other gluten intolerances, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the total absence of gluten in our products.
